We were very pleased with the service from Sapori. We actually have a new Gaggia baby twin purchased to replace our FrancisFrancis X5, but don' t like it at all and decided to recondition the X5. We were happy to find this company, which did a perfect job of repairing our aged Francis Francis! espresso maker. It seems to be the only company in America that does this and so I was a bit apprehensive, but everything occurred exactly as promised. The price was reasonable, and the people were professional and human. Highly recommended.

We have a 10-year-old stainless X1, and the temperature gauge was not working properly. From the first contact, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Sapori's Fine Flavors. After Wes's assessment, he called and explained the additional problems with the machine, outlining the recommendations and cost. Our machine was returned quickly and in pristine shape. As well, the old parts were returned, just another aspect of this great experience. Obviously, the Francis Francis XI is a higher-end machine, and the investment in the repair was worth the price.

I can't believe I went with my Saturday morning lattes for so long before discovering your company! Sapori Fine Flavors did a fantastic job fixing the steam problem and replacing the worn temperature guage with a nicer quality stainless piece. It was fun to get the old worn out parts back too so we could see the abuse that we gave them before you made our machine whole again.
My Saturday mornings have been restored. Yay.

I've had Sapori repair several of my X3 Francis Francis machines now. (No I don't have the coffee shop, I'm just a serious espresso drinker and server!) The people at Sapori are true ladies and gentlemen and deal with you like you are too. Maybe that sounds funny but all too rare to encounter these days. The only way anyone could be better than Sapori would be if they were free. My machines came back packaged even better than they were from the factory. You can't afford to own an espresso machine without someone good to service it and as far as I'm concerned, Sapori is the only one.

THANK YOU!! My X1 was returned fromSapori yesterday and it works great. The cost of repair was very fair and the service was excellent. For those of you in need of repair to your Francis Francis espresso machine, I highly recommend Sapori and for those considering a new machine, I can also highly recommend Francis Francis. My machine was 10 years old when the repairs were first needed and considering the cost of repairs was a no brainer for maintaining a worthwhile investment . Thanks again. I don't have a problem with caffeine, I have a problem without it!

I sent my espresso machine in for repairs and it came back working better than it did when it was new! No errant drips, much improved steam function with great coffee and cappuccino as a result. I am delighted with the service and the repair.

I have only had a chance to test it once. But it is nice to have it working. When I bought the item the knob was never working right. That finally works and I was excited about that. I love the machine and have not been able to use it for a while.

Fantastic service and amazing communication. The Francis Francis X1 that was I sent in had been damaged in shipping to me (from someone else not Sapori Fine Flavors) and needed some other repairs. The only thing better than the way it now looks is the way it makes coffee. Wes really knows what he's working on. Thank you very much. I'll be sending in a green X1 sometime soon.

Francis Francis arrived today. It is perfect and beautiful, and it works. I am enjoying a cappuccino now.
I appreciate the careful packaging, that everything came back and that the blown heating element even came back with it. That item now has a spot on my windowsill for a while.

I am so pleased that my husband and I had our Francis Francis X1 repaired through Sapori Fine Flavors. I took our machine in for repair at our local housewares store and they diagnosed the problem but couldn't get the parts to repair it. They asked if I wanted them to toss it in the garbage. Yikes! I started reseaching online places who could repair our machine and found Sapori. They were prompt and I got my machine back in a little over a week - good as new. Thanks so much for fixing my X1. It had been stumbling along for months, taking 10 minutes to warm up and producing sub par coffee.
